Hey i’m Josh! i’m an accredited sports nutritionist, personal trainer, natural fitness model and expert in female body recomposition. I’ve coached hundreds of clients including professional athletes, competition / cover fitness models, sporting professionals and competitive bodybuilders. I’m also a member with the International Society of Sports Nutrition and Sports Nutrition Australia.

ADVANCED LEVEL TRAINING

HYPERTROPHY / STRENGTH / ENDURANCE

Strategically timed training phases every 4-8 weeks will ensure you are developing sufficient muscle, gaining strength and building your endurance capacity. Every set, rep, tempo and advanced training technique will be specified in your program each week.

RECOVERY AND DELOAD PROTOCOLS

Timed deload weeks for effective recovery and avoiding training plateaus. You will be allocated deload periods depending on your current conditioning and body composition. The deload  period will be a time for your body to rest & recover, and once completed you will be pushing performance and PB’s even further.

ADVANCED TRAINING TECHNIQUES / VARIABLES

All your sets, reps, rest and timing (tempo) will be allocated depending on which training phase you are completing. Some of the techniques which will be added into your training phases will be Super-sets, Drop-sets, Negatives, Eccentric training,

HIIT CIRCUITS

Allocated weekly HIIT sessions can be completed either at home, outdoors or the gym. These sessions are short and intense to keep your metabolic rate high for hours after training. I don’t allocated any long cardio sessions for any of my clients as I believe short HIIT sessions with resistance training and sufficient calories is the best method for rapid and sustainable body composition results.

AB / CORE WORKOUTS

Intense Ab / Core training sessions which can be completed at home, outdoors or in the gym. Each phase will have different exercises to target all abdominal areas including building core strength.

VIDEO DEMONSTRATIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

All exercises will have a video demonstration of the correct form and technique, as well as detailed instructions for completing the exercises. The detailed instructions will also outlined the advanced training techniques to be implemented for certain exercises.
